Acknowledgment of Risks

By requesting services at Salon Rhoshay, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You voluntarily request the service(s) and understand that these may involve certain risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, irritation, or scalp discomfort.
  • You have informed the salon professional of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect the safety or outcome of the service(s).
  • Results may vary depending on hair or skin type. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Liability Release

By receiving services at Salon Rhoshay, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the salon, its employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the services provided. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with the results of the service(s).

Consent to Treatment

You agree that it is your responsibility to clearly communicate your expectations and preferences to the salon staff. You consent to the service(s) being provided and acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the procedures, products, or techniques to be used.

Photography/Media Consent

You may choose to allow or deny consent for the use of photographs taken during or after your service for marketing or social media purposes. To deny consent, please inform the staff member at the time of your service.

Agreement

By proceeding with the service(s), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver and release.

Cancellation Policy

At Salon Rhoshay, we value your time and understand that things can come up unexpectedly. In order to ensure that all of our clients have the opportunity to schedule appointments that work best for them, we have implemented a 24 hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled within this time frame will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen and we will do our best to work with you in these situations. If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
